Financial Services is excited to announce the relationship* between Anthony Travel and the University of Arizona in support of institutional business travel beginning Monday, May 13, 2024. Anthony Travel provides comprehensive travel management services for both domestic and international travel, including 24/7 emergency travel assistance and group booking travel reservations with negotiated pricing available to University travelers.
Anthony Travel will dedicate three Travel Account Advisors to support University business travel. All three will have knowledge of institutional travel policies to combine with their own industry knowledge, guidance, and exceptional travel assistance to provide the best possible experience.
In addition to Anthony Travel, a new Travel Authorization Request Process and Booking Tool will also launch on May 13, 2024. Please watch for additional information, including training and resources, on this transition over the next few weeks to ensure that your business office is ready to collaborate with faculty and staff. The use of the Booking Tool and Travel Account Advisors is highly encouraged to ensure the most economical travel costs for the institution and promote the security and safety of University business travelers.
*Shorts Travel will continue to manage Intercollegiate Athletics team travel as their current contracted provider.
