Wednesday, June 14, 2023
- Deadline for creating new Disbursement Voucher vendors for FY 2023 vendor payments to ensure the Disbursement Voucher to disburse payment is fully approved by June 30, 2023.
Friday, June 16, 2023
- Deadline for FY 2023 temporary budget transfers and revisions. Temporary budget transfers and budget revisions will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Next Week’s Activities
Wednesday, June 21, 2023
- Deadline for submitting fully approved Disbursement Vouchers for routing to Accounts Payable/Travel with supporting documentation to ensure it is fully approved by June 30, 2023, and expenses in FY 2023 Period 12.
- Deadline for submitting fully approved Distribution of Income & Expenses, Disbursement Vouchers, and Cash Receipts with supporting documentation to ensure approval and posting in FY 2023 Period 12.
Friday, June 23, 2023
- Deadline for submitting asset retirements and transfers to Property Management for FY 2023. Campus can begin submitting asset retirements and transfers for FY 2024 on July 17, 2023.
