In coordination with the ongoing Financials Modernization project, Property Management is reviewing non-capital, non-tracked assets in UAccess Financials.
These assets, which utilized discontinued object codes related to policy changes from July of 2021, will now be retired in UAccess Financials Capital Asset Management module.
This is in anticipation of the transition to the new financial system, helping to reduce the risk of migrating unnecessary data to the new system as well as working to minimize the volume of assets tracked in the system.
The cleanup is expected to take place on Monday, November 20, 2023, and should not cause any interruptions in day-to-day business.
