UAccess Financials System Improvements

In partnership with University Information Technology Services and University Analytics and Institutional Research, Financial Services continuously works toward releasing improvements to the UAccess Financials system.

Our next release is scheduled for Sunday, September 22, 2019, and includes numerous incremental updates and improvements. When you log in on Monday, September 23, the most noticeable changes for you will be:

  • My Favorites: You will have the ability to configure a My Favorites menu for your most frequently used document types. To get started, our User Guide explains how to set up your menu in a few easy steps.
  • Expand All: This button now expands all tabs and accounting lines on purchasing and accounts payable documents.
  • Improved print formatting: Formatting has been improved for business processes that require printing. We encourage you to consider the University’s commitment to sustainability prior to printing. Using sustainable practices such as reducing printing can make a significant environmental and financial impact by reducing waste, ink, paper, and energy use while conserving natural resources. The Office of Sustainability is a great resource for further information about sustainability and the environment.
