On September 30, 2021, the University of Arizona transition from Wells Fargo to JP Morgan Chase will be complete and University Wells Fargo bank accounts will officially close. It is essential that you review the ACH and Wire payments that belong to your department and verify that they are being sent to JP Morgan Chase. ACH and Wire payments sent to Wells Fargo after September 30, 2021, will be returned to the sender.
If you are unsure whether a payment is being sent to the correct bank, you can review the ACH/Wire information in UAccess Analytics (VPN required). If the payment has “WF” on the description column, the payment was received at Wells Fargo. If the payment has “JPMC” on the description column, the payment was received at JP Morgan Chase.
