As precautions are taken to reduce the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), including working remotely, PCard Administration will be accepting electronic signatures and has implemented a secure upload web page using Box. To navigate, go to: Procurement & Contracting Services > PCard > Secure Document Upload
This feature allows users to submit PCard Administration Forms such as:
- Acknowledgement Forms
- Activation Forms
- PCard Applications
- PCard Change Forms
- PCard Delete Forms
- Reconciler Workgroup Forms
PCard Administration will monitor the success of this process and evaluate results for potential future implementation.
