Purchasing Card Transactions (PCDOs) auto-approval dates will be extended during the University Closure (December 23, 2019 through January 1, 2020). Please disperse this message to your respective Purchasing Card reconcilers.
- If the reconciliation/approval window occurs within the University Closure, the approval dates will be extended to allow for ten (10) University working days before auto-approving.
- For eDocs that have Create Dates within the University Closure, the reconciliation/approval window will be fourteen (14) calendar days beginning January 2, 2020.
