Purchasing Card Dashboard

Financial Services and University Analytics & Institutional Research (UAIR) have collaborated to update the General - Purchasing Card (PCard) dashboard in UAccess Analytics, which will go live on October 14, 2019.

The new dashboard has been designed to better support the management of your PCards, monthly reconciliation process, and provide actionable insights as well as some trend analysis. We are striving to provide a better user experience.

In the coming weeks, you will receive additional information from UAIR including a cross-reference that explains where analysis from the retired dashboard can be found in the new one, details about new pages, and opportunities to engage with the collaboration team members to ensure you have everything you need when the new dashboard goes live.

There are no changes to the underlying data.
The redesign is strictly limited to the General - Purchasing Card dashboard and will have no impact on any individual, departmental, or college dashboards or analyses that are built out of Purchasing Card Subject Area (KFS - PCard).
