When you get to 29T, your cursor will be sitting in the ENCUMBRANCE DESCRIPTION field. The default description is "PR ENCUMBRANCE." You should change this description. If you don't, all your dPRs will show up with this description and it could be very confusing when reading the FRS Screens and Reports.

This description will display everywhere this dPR is referenced. We suggest you use the Vendor name, because when the dPR is transferred to a Purchasing document, the vendor name displays as the DESCRIPTION and it will be easier to match them to their initiating dPRs.

Describe the dPR, Enter Y, press ENTER.
