Screen 29L-Lines

You will need a line for each item that you are ordering. For example, if you are ordering a desk and file folders, you will have two lines. There are 166 lines available.

Each line has ten lines of description. The system does not word wrap or spell check and you should be careful to make sure words do not stradle lines. These lines print on the Purchase Order and should be as legible as possible.

The MORE LINES? field is used to tell the system what you want to do next.

  • Use Y (Yes I want more lines) to advance to the next line.
  • Use N (No, I do not need any more lines) to advance to the next screen.

We left Y in the MORE LINES? field even though we are only ordering one thing, for the purpose of illustrating both Y and N. Normally, if you are ordering one item, you would put N in the MORE LINES? field, enter your order information and press ENTER.

After you've entered your information, Press ENTER.

Always remember, never forget: TAB to move around, ENTER to process information.
