The class level is a sublevel within a category. For example, under
the category
"Operations" there are several classes: "Outside and Professional
Services," "Repairs & Maintenance," and
"Communications," etc.
Finally, the detail level lists very specific types of expenditures. All expenses must be recorded at the detail level. Examples of detail level object codes are "Networking" and "Postage & Mailing" which fall under the class level "Communiciations." |
