Automatic Budget Reallocation (ABR)

Several category and class level expenditure object codes have the letters "ABR" in the object code name. ABR stands for Automatic Budget Reallocation, which is a method by which budget dollars are automatically transferred from predefined budget "pools" to detail object codes.

ABR codes are for budgetary purposes only and should not be used to charge a detail expense. For additional information about ABR refer to 7.01, Budget Overview
