Bid Award dPR - An Introduction

What? A method of notifying Purchasing of the vendor you have chosen.

When? If you did not encumber the bid only dPR and if:

The Bid Only dPR was encumbered and was between $1,000 and $10,000 and the Bid Award dPR exceeds the Bid Only dPR by more than 10%.

The Bid Only dPR was encumbered and was greater than or equal to $10,000 and the Bid Award dPR exceeds the Bid Only dPR by $1,000.

How? In summary (details will follow):

Create a new dPR (29H).
Enter the name and address of the selected vendor(29V).
Enter the total amount of the bid. (29L)
Trailer the dPR.
