How do I change a description on a Cash Receipt that has already been approved?

Once submitted the description can’t be changed, you can however add a note to clarify the Cash Receipt. This will be viewable by all involved.

How do I request a copy of a check?

Copy check information results from the General – Financial Management – Check Lookup report in UAccess Analytics and email it to FSO-cashandclearing [at] email [dot] arizona [dot] edu.
