Rewritten to provide guidelines in determining if an individual should be
hired as an independent contractor or an employee.
To help make this determination, individuals must complete an Independent
Contractor form.
Businesses must provide an Employer Identification Number.
With a few exceptions, all independent contractor services must be
requested with a dPR.
