- The distinction between contract and noncontract was removed:

codes.
The following changes were made to 7610:
- Name changed from "Agriculture Machines & Equipment - Tax exempt" to "Agricultural Machines &
Equipment."
- Expanded the current definition and added "NOTE" re the exclusion of these purchases from use tax.
