Planned Change: Deleting policy due to UAccess Implementation

Updated information regarding the Vacation/Sick/Comp Time Balance Adjustment Form which was moved to ISW

Corrected wording to take into account changes due to moving to the POPR system. Changes requested by Jenny Ruiz, Operations - FSO.

Added 10 month employee sick leave accrual information.

Modified par 12 to indicate that the ETR is given to Payroll Rep for reporting time on the Roster.
