FRS, Financial Records System, provides information about your FRS accounts, such as budget, current month, year to date and project to date revenues and expense, detailed transactions and encumbrances. You will need access to FRS if you will be monitoring accounts, entering requisitions (dPRs) or need access to the fixed assets module (FFX).
To Request Access: Complete an FRS Access, New/Modify Form.
Password Reset: If you have a problem with your password and need to have it reset, please send an email to support@fso.arizona.edu, (include your name and FRS/MPL ID in the body of the text). Please include "Password Reset" as the subject of the email.
To change or modify existing FRS Access: If an existing user's access needs to be modified, for example, they are going to a new department, complete the FRS Access, New/Modify form. If changing departments, the new department should sign, but the password statement does not need to be signed again.
To delete an FRS Access: If the user is leaving the University or will be moving to a new department and will not need access, complete the FRS Access, Delete form.
