You can automatically receive your reports in Adobe Acrobat pdf format via email when they become available from ISW-Electronic Reports. To specify the reports you wish to receive, follow the instructions below.
Following are summarized instructions for receiving reports via email. For detailed instructions, including pictures, click on the links below to access specific examples of the two most often requested reports.
1. Choose "Preferences."
2. Choose "Electronic Reports."
3. Select the desired report from the drop down list. Click "Add Email Notification."
4. Once you have selected your report, click "Edit Report Display" to choose how you would like the report to be displayed.
5. If you wish to receive separate emails for each selected index (see step 6) check "Send Separate Reports." Click "SAVE."
6. Click "Include Report Contents" to specify the values you want your reports to match.
Select the index (Entire Report, Department/Account, etc.) from the drop down box.
Enter the index value (Department number, account number, etc.-just like you would if were retrieving a report from ISW) for the selected report.
Click "Add Report Filter."
NOTE: If you want to receive the same report for different index values, repeat steps 6.a - 6.c., notice that all the specified values for this report display.
7. If you would like to receive a sample email of the report content that you have selected, click "Send Test Email Notification."
8. You should receive one or more emails within an hour that contain this report or portions of this report.
Please note: If the report you select has more than 500 pages, you will receive multiple emails, each containing up to 500 pages of the report.
9. To exit, click the "Return" button at the top of the page to return to the Preferences Menu, or click the blue "Main Menu" button to return to the ISW Main Menu.
