Charles E. Ingram began his appointment with Financial Services at the University of Arizona in January 2001.  Prior to assuming his current position, he accumulated 17 years experience working with the University’s Budget Office, including serving as Associate Budget Officer.  Mr. Ingram is an active member of NACUBO, the National Association of College and University Business Officers and WACUBO, the Western Association of College and University Business Officers, and currently serves on the Board and as chair of WACUBO’s Comprehensive/Doctoral/Research Institutions Committee.  

 

Mr. Ingram received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1981, and a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management in 1994.
