Cash Accounting

Cash Accounting is responsible for managing the daily cash needs of the University and is a division of Financial Management in the Financial Services Office at the University of Arizona. Establishing banking services and/or merchant services for departments is managed by the Bursar's Office. Once that relationship has been established, Cash Accounting is responsible for the day to day accounting of funds. All banking transactions are processed by Cash Accounting and posted to the university accounting system.

 

All electronic deposits received by the University of Arizona are posted daily on ISW for departments to identify and claim.
