What is Gross pay?

Gross pay is your total pay for the biweekly pay period before any deductions.

Biweekly Gross: To determine your biweekly gross salary, use one of the following calculations.

• Annualized Salary divided by hours in the work year times the number of hours worked, or
• Annualized Salary divided by number of pay periods in the work year, or
• Hourly pay rate per Position times number of hours worked.

What is Net pay?
Net pay is the amount of your biweekly gross pay less mandatory and voluntary deductions.
