Mark McGurk joined FSO as the Comptroller in June, 2003. Mark previously served as the Associate Comptroller at the University of Texas, El Paso where he was responsible for Contracts & Grants Accounting Services, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting and Special Projects Accounting Services. His backgound includes previous positions in the Payroll, Budget and Financial Services departments. Mark has a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, a Masters in Educational Leadership and has worked in higher education for over 16 years.

 

As University Comptroller, Mark is responsible for Financial Management, Cash Accounting, Investments, Indirect Cost Services and Tax Compliance.
