Duc Ma joined the Financial Services Office in 2001. Prior to that time he was

the Financial Services Director of Mohave County in Kingman, Arizona.  

 

Duc is responsible for the four areas of Capital Finance: Debt Management, Plant Funds, Property Management, and Internal Loan Services.
