The links to the main page and the FRS Departmental manual remain the same but you may need to update your other bookmarks. In keeping with security requirements, FSO has restricted access to ISW, New Accounts, and other web applications from computers outside of the UA domain. To access these applications from outside the University you will need to download the VPN client software that is available at https://sitelicense.arizona.edu/vpn/. ****************************** The Financial Services Office is responsible for gathering information on the inventories, accounts receivable and deferred revenues or expenses throughout the University for accurate reporting in the annual financial statements. Units that maintain balances in any of these categories are required to provide valuations with complete supporting documentation to the Financial Services Office. If your department has inventories, receivables or deferred revenues, it is your responsibility to ensure that these items are properly reported to the Financial Services Office by July 5, 2007. The CnG session was completed May 30 and 31 - many thanks to College of Public Health for letting us use their brand new facilities! Labor Distribution will be on campus June 5 and 6th at CCIT and AP/Purchasing's session will be the following week, June 12 and 13th at ECE. -USC has joined the Kuali development partnership and will be contributing development resources starting July 1. -Kuali Days IV was a huge success in St. Louis, around 200 attendees. -Kuali Days V scheduled for November 13-14 in Phoenix at the Buttes. -Release 2A code freeze on schedule for July, followed by a 3 month Quality Assurance period with Release 2A out the door October 2007. -Kuali updates and hands on sessions scheduled - to register visit ISW Training - http://www.fso.arizona.edu/isw/default.asp?app=training/ -Updates and demos in the Student Union -Hands on Kuali in the FSO training lab Contact: Kymber
