  • Update 5/16/07 - 9.20 - Updated information in Policy paragraph 4 regarding tags for Capital equipment titled to US. government.

  • Update 08/16/06 -  Section 2 - Capitalization of Property - Updated and clarified sales tax exemption information.
     
  • Update 08/07/06 -  Section 2 - Capitalization of Property - Updated to expand the definition of Special Collections and to delineate policies and procedures regarding disposition of such materials.
